For more than 30 years, Mr. Yessin has represented some of the leading healthcare providers in the United States, from large university health systems to faith based institutions and community hospitals. A graduate of the University of Virginia and Vanderbilt Law School, he has advised employers and investors around the world in Healthcare, Private Equity, Utilities, Retail, Transportation, Energy and Manufacturing sectors.
Jim has represented physicians and physician practices, as well as medical providers in private practice in Tampa and around the country. He is a former special agent in the FBI and in 2012 was recognized by the Drug Enforcement Agency with their Lifetime Achievement Award. A graduate of Villanova and Fordham Law School, he was practice group director at Fowler White, and a partner in Tampa Bay Baseball and the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning.
Paul has been a financial executive in the healthcare industry and related insurance field for more than 25 years. Formerly an investment banker at Raymond James, Paul was CFO for UnitedHealthcare Student Resources, Salveo Specialty Pharmacy and InformedDNA. He serves as Managing Partner for EQV Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on the healthcare industry. He is a CPA, and University of Florida graduate, where he also holds a Masters in Tax and Accounting.
Betsy manages the professional relationships between clinical providers and the legal community for CCS and our clients and stakeholders. An experienced relationship manager and marketer, Betsy previously worked with Fox Sports, and holds a degree in Communications and Media Studies from University of Southern Indiana where she was a varsity athlete.
Graham has served as COO and Director of Surgical Services for some of the leading healthcare companies in the USA. He built the first modular, in patient, acute care facility in the US, served on the design team for Dell Children's Hospital, and advised the Harvard Medical Group on an award winning OR theatre in Dubai. He has worked with Mr. Yessin for close to 20 years.
Sue Cusack recently retired as President of Mercy Philadelphia and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospitals. She has been a nursing leader and executive in large for profit, and non-profit healthcare systems, and holds a Ph.D. in health policy, as well as an MBA. She is an adjunct professor at St. Joseph University in Philadelphia. She advises the CCS leadership team and clients.
